360° Values
Compassion: Empathy, understanding, and non-judgment.
Empowerment: Fostering autonomy and self-discovery.
Integration: Weaving together body-based modalities and nervous system education.
Acceptance: Championing self-acceptance of one's conditions.
Enquiry: Cultivating curiosity and continuous learning.
Co-regulation
Simply put, co-regulation is connecting with people who make you feel good. This primal need being met promotes emotional and physiological self-management. Through supportive interactions, we cultivate a sense of safety and connection, thereby aiding in the regulation of the nervous system.
Awareness
We guide you to notice your body's subtle sensations without judgment, fostering interoceptive awareness. This helps you identify patterns of tension, restriction, or discomfort, and understand their connection to emotions and past experiences. Through this awareness, you can build self-compassion and effectively tend to yourself.
Enquiry
Once awareness is established, we invite gentle enquiry. This involves curious exploration of the sensations and movements that arise. We encourage the conversation to be "What is here?" and "What does my body need?" This process fosters self-kindness and deeper understanding.
Rest
The importance of rest cannot be overstated. After periods of movement and exploration, we integrate deliberate pauses for deep rest and integration. This allows your nervous system to process the shifts and changes that have occurred, solidifying new patterns of regulation and allowing stabilisation.
Meaning Making
Meaning-making is how individuals understand difficult experiences, integrating new information and emotions into existing beliefs or forming new ones. Tools like drawing or journaling can aid this process.
Values in Action:
The Process
360°Bloom is here to guide you from feeling fragmented and unheard to resilient and regulated. We’ve been where you are, and we've built the system we needed because there had to be Another Way. Now, we want to share and grow with you.
Our Vision
We envision a future where individuals living with Hidden Disabilities are empowered to find relative safety and acceptance within their bodies, access possibility and hope, and rebuild lives in harmony with their unique circumstances.
We strive to shift perspectives and conversations around complex health, highlighting it as an invitation to reconsider and re-prioritise what truly matters.
We dream of building a supportive community where those with hidden disabilities can connect, share experiences, and find solidarity, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual understanding.
“Safety is not the absence of threat,
but the presence of connection”.
