About 360°Bloom

360°Bloom is a Neuro-affirming space for people who feel overlooked, dismissed or overwhelmed—for people living with or caregivers to those with Hidden Disabilities like chronic pain, complex health, chronic fatigue, trauma & neurodivergence.

“360°” means awareness in all directions. We look at how your whole system is doing: your body, your energy levels, your thoughts, and how we can support all parts of you as one, whole connected being.

“Bloom” is about allowing yourself to take up space.
By noticing what’s really going on underneath the surface—and learning how to tend to yourself gently.

We share Life-affirming, accessible practices like:

  • Breathwork to regulate the nervous system

  • Gentle movement & rest to ease tension and reconnect with your body

  • Mindfulness tools to slow down and listen in

  • Non verbal expression tools like drawing and journaling to support processing and integration

Our work is informed by current scientific research on the nervous system & how stress & trauma impact it.

More than anything, it’s shaped by lived experience.

We offer support, curiosity and tools to help you feel more at home in your own body.

360°Bloom is Another Way.
A way that respects your pace, your needs, and your story.

Meet Sam

A woman with long hair wearing a black shirt sitting indoors with a light-colored curtain and window in the background.

Welcome! I'm Sam.

I'm here to support you in finding Another Way to navigate the challenges of chronic pain and complex health through gentle, trauma-informed breath and movement.

360° Bloom is the culmination of a lifetime of deep personal learning. This path was shaped by a profound need to slow down, breathe, and honour a rhythm that often doesn't match the pace of the world.

It was in the demanding moments of navigating complex health, of learning to truly listen to my own body and spirit, that this work began to take shape.

This journey has been about gathering the most effective practices and skills—from yoga, dance and meditation to bodywork and medical research—that have led me back home to myself.

It is fuelled by a passion for truthful conversation and a lifelong commitment to helping us discover Another Way to be: one rooted in ease, self-trust and resilience.

“Sam provides a space to feel, explore and move in a way that felt incredibly supportive for my body.

Living with chronic pain, it has been life changing to finally find a class that allows me to move with my condition rather than against it.

My body feels more spacious and easeful at the end of each class”.
